The Curves workout is a complete workout that includes all the necessary components for success: Warm-up and Cool down, Aerobic exercise, Strength training, and Stretching. The exercise circuit consists of hydraulic resistance strength training machines for the upper and lower body and aerobic recovery stations. There are no weight stacks to manage or change and the equipment is safe and easy to use for women of any age. Curves has members as young as 12 and old as 105! Members push, then pull, rather than lift and lower weights, reducing the potential for soreness and injury. While on the circuit, members spend 30 seconds at each station, while CD's play to prompt movement to the next station. It's a complete full body workout that burns calories, increases cardiovascular endurance, develops lean muscle mass, and boosts metabolism - all in just 30 minutes.
