“I am a much happier and more outgoing person!”
With a new job and a new baby, Jennifer was stressed, overwhelmed and gaining weight. As a secretary, she sat all day; so at night she longed for a workout. Something that would fit into her schedule and help her shed pounds. She needed Curves.
So Jennifer joined the Warrick County Curves. She loved the fact that she could get cardio and strength training, all in just 30 minutes. One January, at a time when New Year’s resolutions are top of mind, she decided to take things one step further by trying Curves Complete.
It was the eye opener Jennifer needed to jump-start her weight loss. By November, she had lost 49 pounds. Jennifer has maintained her weight loss by eating healthy and exercising six days a week — half of them at Curves, while she runs or bikes on alternate days. She’s even planning to run her second half-marathon and a full marathon someday. And at this rate, someday could be any day now.
